The Second Floor, which enjoys its own entrance via an
external staircase, has now been refurbished and converted to a holiday flat
which consists of: Kitchen/Living Room, Central Dining Hall, Bathroom. Lavatory,
two large Bedrooms, one with its own balcony overlooking Tunbridge Wells, each
containing a double bed and a single bed and a smaller Bedroom with two single
beds. A cot is also provided which
can be in any of the bedrooms; indeed, the rooms are large enough for the two
single beds to both be placed in either of the large bedrooms.
The external staircase is fitted with lighting controlled
by passive infra red (PIR) detectors and emergency lighting.
The
Living Area contains a double settee, two armchairs, two easy chairs, coffee
table, television, video player card table and table light.
The lighting is provided by a 3 x 100w central light fitting, 2 x 100
wall fitting and table lights

The
Kitchen Area is formed by a tiled worktop running around two walls and a
peninsular breakfast bar which forms a divide from the Living Area, four stools
are provided around the breakfast bar. In
addition to the normal kitchen sink, gas cooker etc, there is a refrigerator
including an ice box, a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washing machine,
kettle, toaster, coffee maker, radio and microwave oven.
The area is lit by overhead low voltage diachroac fittings which are
controlled from a two-gang switch at the door

Central Hall contains a dining table and eight chairs and a low cabinet
containing various books, video tapes etc.
The Bathroom is
entered via a lobby from which the separate toilet leads.
Within the bathroom is a full size bath with a thermostatically
controlled shower over and a large hand basin.
Bedroom 1
contains a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, three
bedside cabinets, three bedside lights, two easy chairs, a coffee table and a
hand basin.. The main lighting is
from two 100w ceiling pendant fittings controlled by a two-gang switch at the
door. This room enjoys a balcony
and extensive views over Tunbridge Wells towards Ashdown Forest.

The whole of the flat is carpeted throughout with the
exception of the Kitchen Area which is fitted with laminate wood flooring.
